I have an error message.  Something about "be sure to use on button to turn off'.  I can't do anything, so I'd like to reset it factory settings.  Can you send me directions on doing this and also on setting it up on wifi again.  Thanks.

If you cannot access the control panel of your printer to complete the restore defaults feature then you may be out of luck.  I'd suggest disconnecting the printer from everything and trying to reboot the printer again.
