I'm getting many vertical lines (think bar code!) when I print or copy. I've cleaned the print heads per toubleshooting, I've cleaned the glass and ADF per troubleshooting instructions, but the lines persist. It happens when copying and printing from a file and it does not matter if the item copied is submitted via the flatbed or the ADF. There are NO LINES when scanning a document.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

- Change the copy settings.
- Change the paper settings.
- Reset the printer.
