for many years I have printed excellent photos, recently when printing a thin black vertical line printed in several places on the photo. I have cleaned the heads and still get the same results. How can I get back to a clean photo print?

I apologize for taking so long in getting around to this. I have followed step 9 through step 13 and still have vertical lines on photos.
The lines do not appear on 8 1/2 x 11 printed documents, only on photos
Is there anything else I can try?
Thank you

If the warranty is over you can try removing & soaking the printhead. (see youtube)
