Hi,

Your printer supports 163g to 200g cards, 200g is te maximum suppoed weight.

You may find the Paper-handling specifications below, see the Paper tray capacities section for any supported media weight limits:

If (as the answer support states) the max g/m2 the 5546 can print on is 200 - why do you sell the printer with a pack of 6x4" 250g/m2 paper in the box?  I've had a problem with the photo tray not feeding paper (on my second printer after being advised to return the first due to an identical problem) and the forums and general internet feedback is that it's a design fault with the photo tray and linked sensor - but could it be the paper density that is causing the problem?

Seems ridiculous to supply a pack of unsuitable paper in the box with a brand new printer, that subsequently develops problems that may be caused by that very paper.
