Hi

 


Can you control the printers so you can only print via the HP JetAdvantage Private print?

 


You can control the printer to have requirements for PIN but it does not work with JetAdvantage.

This could be accomplished by locking down all print protocols at the device via the device's Embedded Web Server.  Try browsing to the device, logging in as the admin, and looking for print protocols like port 9100 printing.  If all of the print protocols are turned off, then only pull printing solutions like HP Private Print will be able to print at that device.
