HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP, after a power outage the printer  starts however there are do not enter symbols on  the icons for the copy, fax, apps, plug and print and set icon on the printer control panel. I've install updated  drivers, software, firmware and the doctor assistance. I've follow all troubleshooting and the doctor assistance advice me to place my issue on the Message board. Do anyone have a solution to repair my printer, Thanks

Hi Ron,

Welcome to HP Forum!

 

You may try to Switch off the printer, plug out the power cord. Wait for about 30 seconds and turn back on the printer.

 

If this doens't help, you may factory reset the printer and try it ON again.
