The background is here, and I am still going round in circles. At present, the Setup application starts but then disappears.

Please complete the troubleshooting steps, in the order presented. Feel free to give both of those posts a "Kudos" if you found the information useful.

When I bought my printer the software was for Vista. I now have Windows 7 64 bit and cannot download the Photosmart program. Keep getting corrupt file and there is no CD for Windows 7. Now what?
