I have an HP Photosmart D110 printer. I installed on computer many times but had to format my computer. I"m trying to install it but this time... i cannot find my cd. I then went to the website and installed the driver. Do i need to install the utilities?
However, which link am i suppose to click on? I have no clue if its Photosmart D110 Printer Version A or B. Also, i think i tried both and when i finally downloaded it, then click on HP Solution center, i get this error where it tells me i have to reset it or check because it doesn't work? Can someone help me with this? I really want the right link and no clue if i still have to download utility.
I'm very frustrated right now.

First I would recommend you to complete uninstall the printer. Do the following
Go to Start>>RUN>>type %temp%
Look for any file which says HPZxxx or 7Zxxx
Open the files
Go to >>Util>>CCC>> Uninstall L4
Then continue the one screen instrtuction which will uninstall the printer completely....
Go to Programd and features and remove all hp printer related software
To know your product if it is a A or b do the following
Check the product number of the your printer from the back of the printer
