Hey @Easton1,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I see that your Laserjet M277dw Printer is in German. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. On the printer scroll right and click on the wrench icon.
  2. Click on Systemkonfiguration.
  3. Click on Sprache.
  4. Click on English.
  5. Click on Ja.

Please let me know the results after following the above. If you can return to English, click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

The issue was that it was still in the middle of the setup process and in German. Therefore I had no "wrench" icon to click on. I did get through to the HP help desk over the phone (about an hour wait time) but we did get it resolved.  They had me unplug the printer, unplug any printer cables, phone cables. [edited] At this point it reset to factory settting and I was able to choose the correct language.
