Hi Nicotek,
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your Deskjet 1512. The Deskjet 1512 will not work with 10.5 and lower, it is only compatible with 10.6 and above. With your Mac the software can not be installed. Sometimes if you plug in a USB to the Mac it will print. The only other options would be to consider getting a different model that is compatible with 10.5, or upgrading the Operating System to if that Mac can allow for an upgrade to 10.6.
