Product: M604dn

I am working on configuring three new HP M604dn printers to alert via email when toner is low. SMTP settings are configurable and are configured but the printer will not successfully test known-good smtp settings. Error: Event ID:"42.B0.01" Firmware:"2308209_000564" Description:"Missing String ID : en-US : cTestEmailMessage". I have called SilverSky support and confirmed that all settings are correct and have confirmed that the traffic is not being hindered in any way at my firewall. Can anyone offer any advice on what configuration changes need to be effected to address this error message? What is the "Missing String ID" and how can I add it? Thank you for any information you may be able to offer... even if it is "No help for that one, just don't have it quite working yet!"
