I bought the 127fw a few months ago and we are having nothing but problems.
1. It get stuck in initalizing screen all the time
2. we have done firmware updates
3. it is plugged direclty into wall
4. It will not copy (and yes the scanner light works)
5. It goes into Auto On/Off Mode by itself
6. It will not recieve faxes
I'm extremely frustrated, I've spent way too many hours trying to get a printer to work that we should have no issues with.

Please try performing a semi full reset on your printer and check if that helps.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen. You can try performing a reset on the printer.
