HP COLOR LASERJET PRO M252DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Running M252DW on WiFi with three Win10 computers.  Regardless of the computer I am using, the printer will not print.  Message at print screen says 'not online' when it is, per the LCD screen.  I can reset or power cycle, no help.  Only thing that seems to help is going to the printer and printing a test page; that step seems to help sometimes, and I get a test page and am able to print for a period of time.  This has been occuring since new (July 1015) and I'm about to sent it back.  FYI I have no issues printing wirelessly to a Canon inkjet sitting next to the HP, from any computer. 

 

Any suggestions other than purchasing a Canon laser??

I also pushed new firmware to the printer, that seems to help on its own.  Firmware update was release in April 2016.  Thanks for your assistance.
