HP LaserJet Pro M402N
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP M402N printer keeps cutting off the right side of all images. I am printing from Microsoft Word. It cuts off my company logo while all text under it is fine. It also cuts off amy image that you paste into Word.

-When I go to "Printer Preferences" and then "Advanced" I do not get a list of preferences or anything. There are two boxes, one "reverse page order" and "print all text as black."

-since there is nothing in the "Advanced" section, I can't "preserve layout"

-Just downloaded the full driver again, nothing came from it.

-I even looked in "configure port" and there is almost nothing there.

I do NOT want to have to use another program, I want to use Word and just have it work.

I would have attached two documents as examples but it's not letting me attach a PDF or Word.

Did you delete the existing driver before loading the new Full driver?

Sometimes if you don't delete the old driver you end up with a kind of combination mess of a driver.

Also if your problem occurs with a PCL6 driver try a PCL5 or PostScript version of the driver.

I completely uninstalled and removed the printer driver (using cmd prompt printui /s /t2) before reinstalling it and still having the same problem.
