According to your printer's user guide, the scanner glass cannot come off.

I understand that you wanted to know how to clean the underside of ADF glass of your HP OfficeJet 7612 Wide Format e-All-in-One.

 

There is no option to clean the underside of the ADF glass. You can only clean the top portion.
