I have seen a reply BUT I am not that sophisticated when it speaks of pse_350_enu, etc.  I do not even know what HP Photosmart Essential.msi is?

Chlywily has done the magic. This works.  I had to do a windows search to find where my pse_350_enu file ended up.  But once it was located, I right clicked and extracted as Chlywily directs.  It worked...Three hours wasted before his solution!

PLS ALLWAYS APPEARS A LAMBEL THAT  WINDOWS TRY TO FIND  FzS4861  CONCERNING THE ABOVE SUBJECT,, THIS FILE DOESN'T EXISTS

MY SYSTEM IS WINTOWS 7 AND MY PRINTER IS HP OFFICEJET 6310 ALL-IN-ONE

I believe I unknowingly uninstalled this program and would like info on where to get

the download.  Having trouble communicating with the 5280 Photosmart printer.

Hi Chilywily,

 

When clicking on this link on your article, it never gave me this Pse_350_enu. Its been a year, maybe they have changed the location of this file again. I am still looking HPPhotosmartEssential.msi file. I cannot believe how much time I have spent on fix this stupid printer.

 

If you can think of something please send me a note.
