HP Pro X476dw

Hi,

I have an HP X476dw Pro Printer. On the setup menu of the network printer under network, shows “Built-in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer” .

I cannot print or Reset the Printer in to Factory Settings. Any idea?????

Many thanks,

I found a solution by myself:

On the Ready Screen:

  1. Touch the Back button four times consecutively to open the Support Menu.
  2. Scroll Down and Find “Enable/Disable Menu”.
  3. Click at “Enable/Disable Menu”.
  4. Click at “Network”.

Make Sure that All Network is Enabled, otherwise Click Ok to Enable All Network.

This was exactly what I was looking for...  I have been searching for a solution for days...  I thought my printer was done...  This is not listed in the manual at all...
