HP deskjet 2645
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought the printer today. WHen I turned it on, it printed a test alignment page and then when asked to scan it, the scanner message just said scanning for over 10 minutes. So I cancelled it. Turned it off and on again and now it gives me this error message:

 

HP deskjet 2645 error code OXC4EB11C9 HW_MICCI2 C

 

Help would be appreciated.

I see that you are having an issue with the " error code OXC4EB11C9".

 

Please click on the following link that deals with HP Printers - 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' 'Ink System Failure,' or a '0x...' or a ....

 

If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.
