I lost the admin password for HP Laserjet 200 color M251nw

I lost the password of admin and also deleted the printer from my PC. 

It is connected to LAN .

I saw your post on how you forgot the admin password for your HP Laserjet 200 color M251nw printer. I am happy to help! 

I have sent you the instructions in a private message for resetting the printer. If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, this post has instructions. After the reset the username will be admin, and the password is left blank.

I too have a client with a HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color MFP that has no record of the Admin details.

The printer is online but is picking up 169.x.x.x IP Range and is connected to a Router, so thinking just need to set IP on Printer to the client IP Range.

Please send instructions to reset password for this printer in order for me to be responsible for it myself. It is nuts to not be able to do the simple task I am trying to do because I have no clue what the password is for the admin. Never had one to set it up and I sure as heck do NOT want one going forward. Sent to email listed in my registration for this use of my time.
