I have followed your prompts and I got as far as waiting for this prompt “System Config Menu” and it never came up.

Is there something I did wrong? Is there something else I could try.

Please let me know, Because I just bought new ink for it and I hate for it to go to waiste.

I used your suggested system and entered code 123. After getting to "hardware failure status" and pressing OK, I got lost. I never found "print test menu." I finally found 0x00000000. I powered off, then on--and BINGO! my printer worked again. No, I did not enter "BINGO!"

Hello, 

When i restarted it's giving error for Wrong Cartridges "Use the introductory cartridges that were shipped with your printer"....I don't have those since I replaced all of them...any support/help is appreciated.

I tried this approach but I am not sure which button is candel unit. I got until #12 and then was lost. Maybe someone can help me? Thanks in advance.
