I am trying to install a new printer. It hangs at 99% and then I get the following message. I tried several times but I keep getting the same result (or rather no-result)HP (40).png

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Color LaserJet Pro M252n wherein the software installation stops at 99%.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

 

This issue could occur if the latest drivers are not installed.

 

Please follow the step by step guide to download and install the latest drivers from the link: Software and Driver Downloads
