Hi diddybrown12,

Go into the printer preferences, disable bi-directional printing, which is found by right clicking on pinter>choose printing properties>click on ports tab>uncheck bi-directional printing.

Let me know if this resolves your issues?

Hey AlAdvantaje and all people who took a little time trying to solve this annoying issue for this HP printer.

As your last answer, I'm also waiting to finish the ink and also change my printer.

It has been dissapointing that no tech support could solve this.

Imagine here in my country there isn't a decent phone call center to try any support from HP.

To pcwizard, please stop giving the wrong answer, because it doesn't solve the issue and it isn't helpful.

Thanks for your time but it has not  solved the problem.

Hi leutzu_mik,

Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the printer. If you are still unable to get this printer installed on this computer try installing it on a different computer, and let me know if you experience the same issues?

1. Open Control Panel

2. Click on Uninstall a program

3. Uninstall the Laserjet CP1025 from the list

4. Reboot your computer

5. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
