Laserjet P1006
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a few P1000 series printers in our office, and after our computers were updated to Windows 10, occasionally these printers will print a page with large horizontal black lines on the page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, but it doesn't help. I want to try a firmware update but I cannot find the firmware for these printers anywhere. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
