LASERJET PRO 400 COLOR MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The whole Product Name IS LASERJET PRO 400 COLOR MFP M475dn, Is there anyway to print even if the notification is open?

No you have to fix the issue.  There should be a protusion on the front door cover that fits into a slot when you close the door which activates a switch to tell the printer the door is closed.  Make sure the protusion is not broken or to one side and also make sure the switch has not broken off its holder.  To get ot the switch you will have to remove either the top cover or one of the side covers depending on the location of the opening.
