Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Same issue on two laptops: Surface Pro 4, Lenovo X230T, Windows 10. Installed printer, wireless (WiFi) on both laptops using both Windows drivers and procedure on HP.com. When attempting to print, I get a notification pop-up  window in lower right portion of screen "Printer needs attention". Printer works fine printing wireless from iMac.
