PAGEWIDE 477dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing after about 4 pages, the printer stops and displays a blue screen with an image of power button and 015E0BF9. I updated the firmware, ran the doctor to fix automatically, performed hard reset, updated drivers, have it plugged directly into the wall, reset the network connection.  I've run out of ideas. HELP! I'm an accountant and it's tax season!

If this printer is still under warranty, you will want to contact HP directly for a replacement.

any other scenario it will probably be cheaper to just replace the printer.

I can not find a reference to this specific error, but 15's are generally associated with a paper jam of some type-

Please share your firmware version. Hit the question mark and share the printer information.
I think your error may be due to supplies but I need the current firmware information in use.
Even better try to update and let me know if it persists.
Thank you

Hello. Sorry to put this 1 year old topic up, but i have the same problem.

My pagewide 377dw shows bluescreen several times and error 009CA810. Unfortunately it's 1 month over warranty.

I had troubles before with the power save mode, when the printer went in power safe it never wake up until i pull out the power cable. The hp helpdesk just recommended to disable power save mode.

Now this error, the printer is just 1 year old, is this the quality of HP now?

Do I really have to throw it away after 1 year?

Firmware is newest: MAVEDWPP1N001.1850B.00.00

Hi there,

This is an extremely rare error. Did anything change recently? and does it happen everytime?

did you try older firmware to see if it goes away?
