LaserJet Pro 400 color M451dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've get a printer that our IT group in general is having a strange issue with.

It spools up and prints a page, and that takes a while, like most laser printers.  Normally this wouldn't be a problem, one pages takes a second, the rest come out as quickly as they feed.

The problem is that after every single page, it stops.  Spools everything down, and then starts it again, so every page take 30 seconds to a minute to come out.  Every. Single. One.

It is a lan printer, and must remain that way for operational purposes.

Tried -

Reseting to defaults on printer

Uninstalling and reinstalling driver & printer in every combination I could think of

Tried both Static and Dynaic IPs

I'd suggest trying a different print driver.  This model should be Universal Print Driver (UPD) compatible.  UPDs are available in PostScript, PCL5 and PCL6 languages.  Any one of these languages may have better results that whatever lanugage you currently have installed.

Currently on PCL6, I'll try one of the others.
