HP 2320 fxi
Hello

Can anyone please advise

I have a HP Lazerjet 2320 fxi MFP colour. I was told by the supplier when the colour toners have run out the machine does print on black. This is correct according to the HP manual.

Three months ago, the black toner ran out and the colour toners were running on low. To that end as I do not need colour printing, I just ordered a black genuine toner. That lasted me and it was printing perfect.

Five days ago, the black toner started to show red marks on left and right top edges of paper indicating toner low. I ordered a black non genuine toner. Whilst I was awaiting delivery I was still printing on low black and 0 colours and the prints started to show thick black lines horizontally across the page. It does that on print and copy.

Today the non genuine black toner arrived and I replaced it. However the black thinck lines are continuing to print across the pages. I have cleaned the machine by going to setting, service and clean still the same.

Any advise please.
Shazan
