Printing Problem

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer connected wireless to my computer a HP . Recently, after I print a document it will stay in the Que and will not allow me to print anythng else until I shut down the computer completely and restart ( a restart will not clear the problem).Please advise..thanks, Boyd

After an update Jet Advantage Screen popped up I had to register, I did and no printing ...only blank pages, tried all help support no results www.only unable to reach Jet Advantage On Demand.  "OOPS NOT FOUND" Still no pronting

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer, where the print job gets stuck in the queue.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer?

May I know the operating system installed on your computer? 

 

As you have not mentioned the operating system installed on your computer.
