Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a workstation with Win10 pro.

The printer has been working nicely for the last 3-4 years.

It has used all the color ink (yellow, cyan, and red) with just printing 2 color test pages when I originally bought it (probably it used all the rest during cleaning process!!!!)

The black ink has been recently replaced and is full 9/10

Today I was printing a few pages (10) and when I picked them I realized that the last ones were printed only on the top 1"

I tried to print them again, but with no success. It was repeating again and again the printing sequence but without completing it (it stopped right before it was going to pick the blank page from the tray and then started over again and again).

Both trays have new A4 pages, and I have tried all the different feeding ways.

After 20 min (and a reboot) I tried to print again with the same results. First page only for 1” and then nothing again.
