Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I by new mainboard asrock b250m pro4, and i put windows 10 64bit. When I try to install driver on USB 2.0 (black), installation breaks shortly before the end hp1.jpg

after closing programs, the printer is already instaled and ready to use, but... when i reboot the pc or printer, the printer status is offline and can't be used.
