Hello
The problem is not when I print , the problem is when I scan a document.
When I scan a document through the document feeder on top of the printer I get after scanning grey lines in the scanned document.
When I scan through the glass plate these stripes are away in the scanned document.
So scanning on the glass plate its ok , but same document scanning trough the feeder gives grey stripes. I Think there is maybe dirt on some of the wheels ... I don't know .

Hi@Ludo1,
Thanks for the response.
If you observe the scan bed, you will see a glass strip to the left.
Try cleaning that and also the rollers and check if that solves the issue.
Use the document from the link below and perform the steps mentioned it to check if it resolves it.
Hope the information shared will help you. Please share for more.
