Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

After I had update my macbook retina 12" (2015) with Mac OS Sierra, the scanner of my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw stopped to work.

I tried with a lot different software (HP Easy Scan, and other 2 of Mac) but i had the same problem: All softwares find the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw, and the Laserjet starts to make the preview (it receive the command) but it doesn't capture the imagine.

what can i do?

Is the printer connected through a wired network? wirelessly or through a USB?

 

Install the latest printer firmware below (version 20160921), then check for any difference:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/FW_CPE_Consumer/Nebula_K5/M277_MFP_Series_FW_Update-2016092...
