I just bought the color laserjet pro mfp m477 and am having a terrible time getting it installed. online chat says i need to add the serial number and can't find it on the printer. cheat says it is on the back but not ont his model. Help!

HP Recommended

On the printer touch screen, go to Setup, then Reports, then press Configuration Report.

 

It will print a page with tons of information, including the serial number.
