2210 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to print from my computer and I get a error message saying: Remove & check cartrige.  I removed both the black & color cartridge and put back in. I still get the same message when I shut down the top. I tried shutting the primter down but I get the same message when it comes back on. Any suggestions? The cartridges are very new too.
