How are you attempting to connect to the computer?

Hi wizard,

 

it's a photosmart 5520

 

Win 8 64 bits

 

No connect , on run drivers install, a get this error. (driver PS5520_Basicx64_1315.exe)

 

I hope to connect my printer.... one day
