Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you are trying to print greeting cards, however, the paper continues to jam,

Does your Media settings in Printing Preferences include "card stock"? if it doesn't please follow the below steps:

you could use something similar, such as Brochure matte, index card, etc..
As the printer would be expecting a "thick" paper.

I went through printing preferences already and still not working. It's a shame. It's an expensive printer and I thought it would handle the 1/2 fold greeting card paper. My last HP did.

@Reets

Thank you for the update,

I appreciate your time and efforts,

I understand you are having difficulties in finding the options but don't worry, we'll get through this as I don't intend to stop until we can get this right,

And I would appreciate if you could help me with the question, Which operating system you are using to access your printer via the computer?

In the meantime, here's your printer user guide that confirms support for printing on both sides of the paper: Click here for details on both Mac & Windows - (Do a keyword search for "Both").

Also look to answer your "How to" questions by Click here and looking for an article that suits your needs.

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!
