hp printer goes offline after paper jam-can't get online

i have hp deskjet f335 all-in-one printer.  whenever there is a paper jam, once it is cleared, printer goes offline.

cannot get back online without calling support group.  i want to be able to fix this myself.  any help appreciated.

Hi,

Try following the HP Print and Scan doctor by seleting Fix Printing, I believe that hsould help resolving the problem.

You may save it on your desktop for future use as well..

I know this is a very old thread, but if this answer was on here today, it woud have saved me a couple hours of work.

I have the same problem with an F340. The solution that worked for me was to stop and restart the print spool (not just empty the print que). To do this you have to open the services window and scroll down to the print spool option. Hope this helps someone out there.
