laserjet pro 200 color m251nw

i have this laserjet pro 200 color m251nw ,gives me an Error message "Misprint press ok to continue" as well after every two printouts the printer goes to cleaning mode,i have tried cleaning but no improvement ,i have change the paper type to heavy no improvement as well ,any assistance please..

I have read your post and understand that you have an error “Misprint. Press Ok to continue” on the printer. Is that, right?

 

I recommend you to use the link below and find the above-mentioned question in order to fix the issue/error on the printer.
