Product: hp envy 7645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

I have old print jobs in my printer which print, even though I've cancelled the print job.  I've tried unplugging the printer. It's the same print job because I see it in the preview. This is a job that was done probably 2 weeks ago (I was traveling & not using the printer). How do I get the print job to stop printing?

Download and run HP Print and Scan Dr utility from link below to clear all print jobs.
