Product: Laserjet Pro 400 M401
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When connecting this device to the PC, it installs as a mass storage device.  Running the install located in that drive fails to install the printer.  Is there any way to disable the smart install feature so that I can manually install the driver for this device?  At one point i found an executable called "scrubber" that removed the mass storage device and allowed me to install the driver, but upon the logging out the following user had the same issue with the mass storage device.  Now, the utilities folder that i found the scrubber file in is no longer on the PC.
