HI,
i've done all these steps and I also unplugged the power and waited 15 min but still nothing. That is why I want to do a factory reset and then if that does not work buy a new cartridge when it is brand new.

When the printer is displaying the "incompatible cartridge" error on the screen, it is not possible to get to the home screen or to the support screen.  If I take out the cartridges, the screen then says there are no cartridges and still won't go to the home screen.  I believe there is a hard reset by pushing two switches, but I don't know what it is.

I have a document stuck in my print que and it won't print or allow me to cancel it.  From the forum, I tried a reset of the printer, power down (wait > 60 seconds) and power back up. Nothing is working to clear that que.  I am stuck.
