Has anyone discovered the solution to this problem?  I have tried the solutions  listed and none have worked. My problem is with the HP Photosmart Premium C310 series  on Windows 7.  Working fine then several weeks ago printer just stopped.  Kept getting Code 28.  Is this a Windows update issue?
