6500 Send Fax Direct from OS X

Is it possible to send faxes directly from my Macintosh Powerbook to my HP6500 Bonjour connected printer via Ethernet and using OS X 104.11?

 

I just got the printer and noticed that a Send Fax utility was installed on my Mac but I do not know or can find how to make it work, or if I even can fax direct from my computer. 

 

Ideally, I'd like to be able to choose a "Fax Printer" and have it go through automatically, just pausing to ask me for Sender details.
