What kind of problem?  Print quality issues?  Have you run the alignment from the HP Utility?

Thanks. I had no clue how to run alignment from the HP Utility, so I googled it and it led me to Installing HP cartridges and printheads. I didn't even know that it had printheads. All I had to do was open the printheads box and close it up again and the display said "aligning printheads" The printheads aligned, I tested by printing in color and it was great! Thank you again.
