Cannot update firmware CP1525nw with mac 10.7.3 The firmware update utility will not work.

I have downloaded the latest firmware 

CP1520_Series_FW_Update-20111215.dmg
It will not run.  I can print wirelessly, but cannot use eprint.  Eprint was working fine until 2 days ago.  Have turned off everything and restarted everything.  Ideas?

Hi,

If I'm not wrong, the firmware updater will not launch automatically.

 

Please go to your desktop, you should see an HP Firmware Updated label there.. Double click it and you should see a new window.

 

If you cannot find it You should also see an Firmware Updater tool as part of the software. Enter Applications > Hewlett-Packard > Device Utilities and you should see a Firmware Update icon inside that folder.

 

Please let me know if you were able to run the tool or not.

For any issue please also clarify if you installed the HP Full Feature Software for Lion from the HP site.
