Hi!
When I attempt to print to my Deskjet 460 (which is connected to my network wirelessly) from Outlook 2011 for MAC on my Macbook Pro (running Lion) although the document appears fine in print preview the printer clips the top and right side edges off during printing. I have tried using the print dialogue and marking the "shrink the document to the paper size" option but the clipping remains unchanged. Not sure what to try, or do, next and any help would be much appreciated as I need to print from Outlook 2011 for MAC regularly in order to produce printed copies of email receipts for my business!

Yep--I saw that KB article and tried everything in it--to no avail. Thanks though!

Why aren't you using the Apple Mail app? It works reliably and integrates with the rest of your Mac much better than Outlook.

Too much stored info already in Outlook from years of use for business---just not up for transferring everything over.
Also, use quickbooks and last time I checked could only email invoices via outlook/oulook express.

I have used "O to M" software to transfer Outlook to Mac Mail and it works very well. I mail invoices from QuickBooks 2011 for Mac to Mac Mail all of the time. Works great. FYI.

I run Quickbooks for Windows---started using it long before switching to the MAC platform and have kept using it via Parallels even since switching to MAC. Thanks for the info though--switching everything over to MAC may be something to consider if the Office for MAC team can't/chooses not to solve the email clipping issue when printing! ![]()
