Envy 100 D410a install problem on Mac OSX 10.7 (Lion)

Hello,

I have followed the setup instructions for the Envy100 D410a for Mac OSX10.7 -- the printer that was bundled with my recent iMac purchase -- but have been thus far unable set up the printer. When I attempt to add the printer on the "Print & Scan" preference page (as instructed), I first receive a "Software for this printer is available from Apple. Would you like to download and install it?" message. Upon selecting "Download & Install" it enters into a "finding software" progress bar, followed by an error message that reads "The software for this printer is currently unavailable. Please contact the printer's manufacturer for the latest software." When I visit the HP site to download the software, I'm redirected to follow the same process of installation through the Print & Scan preference page. 

Any suggestions as to how I can install this printer?

Hi,

Download and install the full HP Printer Drivers 2.7 package:

http://support.apple.com/downloads/DL907/en_US/HewlettPackardPrinterDrivers2.7.2.dmg

Now make sure it is connected to your Mac, enter Print & Scan and then click the Plus sign to add the printer.

This link is no longer valid as a new HP Software Driver package has been released since.

Additionaly, a Full Feature software solution has been released.

connect the printer to your Mac by USB or over the network, then download and install the software installation below:

What is the link to the latest driver the full feature software for using my Mac OS 10.7.3?

I would like to be able to scan. It scans but not the image - the only think I get is a page of vertical, color lines...

I request you to try to copy and if it prints as same as Scan then please contact HP Support if the printer is under warranty.

Did you get a resolution to this problem?  I'm having the exact same issue and I have the latest Mac OS 10.7.3 driver and that doesn't seem to help....
