Printer works fine except when it is printing a copy of a document. The little door panel does not rise up when it is printing which causes the paper to jam. I have to manually pull the panel up. The panel does rise at all other times. How do I fix this ?

What size of document are you copying to be printed?
You can try removing power from the printer after turning it off. Leave it disconnected for about 5 minutes, reconnect power, turn it back on, and see if this fixes it after you verify the printing preferences.
E.g. if you re are copying to a standard piece of paper, ensure that the preferences for the printer or word application are copying with that preference in mind.
If my post helped you in any way, please click the blue KUDOS star under my name! It would mean a great deal.
