Getting a "49 error" when printing pictures on cp1515n

Hi!

I have an HP Color Laserjet CP1515n. The printer is connected via a network cable. I have a problem printing full page color images on A4 format. I'm trying to print from Mac OS Leopard 10.5.8

Tried printing from Apperture 2.1.4 and from Photoshop CS4. It starts sending the document to the printer, the LED on the printer blinks and there is a text on the screen "Printing Document". After some time it is blinking there is a new message on the printer screen: "49 Error Turn machine Off and On". Then printer restarts, initializes again and nothing is printed as a result. Is there any solution for this?

 

I tried to print the same image from a WindowsXP machine using Acdsee software. It prints w/o an error. So what could cause the error when printing from Mac ? Also there is no problem when printing a text page from Mac.

I have bought the printer a few days ago, what should I do with it? Should I return to the seller or ?
